As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. About the Role: As an RN Supervisor with our weekend shift, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering resident care, supervising and supporting nursing staff, administering medications, and maintaining compliance with safety and state regulations. You will also collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to our residents. Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver resident care Supervise and support nursing staff Administer medications and update records Ensure compliance with safety and state regulations Collaborate with the healthcare team Maintain proper use of equipment and supplies Requirements: Graduate of an accredited RN program Active RN license (Missouri) BLS/CPR certification 2+ years in skilled nursing preferred (not required) Why Join Us?
