New Mexico Licensed EPIC Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the optimization of Epic systems, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed EPIC Analyst will manage application incidents, perform in-depth analysis of workflows, and collaborate with teams to tailor solutions to organizational needs. Key responsibilities: Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage as required Conduct analysis to resolve application incidents, enhancement requests, and collaborate on projects across teams Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience 3 years of Epic-specific experience 6 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree Epic certification in supporting applications, with additional proficiency/certification in related areas
