Job Details

• Position Description: Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse for a 20-bed Med/Surg telemetry unit within a critical access hospital.
• Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license or state ID; appropriate nursing license; 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical specialty; Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position requires proficiency in patient care procedures and compliance with hospital protocols. Candidates must complete UHS Skills Checklist, submit a UHS Submission Packet, and complete prior employment forms.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a critical access hospital setting or telemetry unit is advantageous.
