When Im not in the office, Im on the iceI play hockey at the Ford Ice Center in Clarksville, where our agency team also finds time to give back to local schools and the community. Joe Jordan White - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
