We are seeking a highly skilled litigation support professional with expertise in Relativity and a passion for legal technology who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role reports to the Director of Litigation Support.Position SummaryThe Litigation Support Project Manager provides consultation and technical support to legal teams across the firm, managing document databases, productions, vendor relationships, and other technology-driven litigation solutions. Working collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel throughout the country, this role services all GT offices and manages multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager serves as a key resource for case teams, assessing needs and delivering expert recommendations and processes to achieve desired outcomes. The candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed (full-time non-exempt position).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consultation and support to legal teams with respect to budgeting, vendor management, document databases, productions, transcript management, and other technology-related solutions for litigationDeliver expert analysis, guidance, and recommendations to case teams for achieving desired outcomesManage day-to-day Litigation Support requests and coordinate all technical resources, including internal staff and outside vendors, for case teamsIn connection with trials, set up war rooms in hotels or other offices, and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technologyWork collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel across the country to service all GT offices on multiple concurrent projectsQualificationsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with a professional demeanor and the ability to actively listen and convey information clearlyExpertise in Relativity required; proficiency in predictive analytics preferredExperience with Relativity aiR or other AI-assisted document review tools is a plusProficiency in transcript and video management tools such as Opus 2Ability to work effectively with the firm's established third-party vendorsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborate well within a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear instructionsAbility to recognize confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and maintain such information as confidentialEducation & Prior ExperienceBachelor's Degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation support specialist, analyst, or project manager requiredExperience with analytics tools such as Brainspace is a plusExperience with capturing websites, online videos, video editing, and general graphics is a strong plusTechnologyProficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe requiredExpertise in Relativity requiredExperience with Relativity aiR or comparable AI document review platforms is a plusProficiency in Opus 2 or similar transcript and video management toolsExperience with Brainspace or comparable analytics tools is a plusExceptional ability to learn new software applications quicklyGT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis.
