The Role As our Business Development Representative, you will be a driving force behind our growth — identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building lasting relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, and homeowners across our three territories. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals Educate prospective clients on the value of our restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs Partner with our marketing team to create and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to present customized restoration solutions Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity and follow-ups in our CRM Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to project execution Monitor customer satisfaction through follow-up calls, visits, and satisfaction survey reviews Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What We're Looking For Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally in restoration, insurance, or a related industry Solid understanding of the restoration industry — its key players, trends, and challenges Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust Confidence setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes, and community events A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed The ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer Full-time position with competitive base salary + commission structure Company vehicle and company phone Paid training and career advancement opportunities PTO, vacation, and holiday pay Online mobile training courses A supportive, collaborative team environment The chance to make a real difference — helping people and communities in times of need Ready to Grow With Us?
