We're looking for ambitious, high-energy individuals who want to get in early, help build something meaningful, and grow with us as we scale our payments and software businesses nationwide. About the Role This is a high-volume business development role. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified opportunities through outbound outreach. You'll spend your day making calls, sending emails, texting prospects, connecting on LinkedIn, and doing whatever it takes to start conversations and create opportunities. Success in this role comes down to activity, persistence, and follow-up. The person who wins in this role isn't necessarily the best salesperson. It's the person who consistently follows up, stays organized, works their pipeline, and doesn't give up when they hear "not right now." You'll work inside Zoho CRM, manage ongoing prospect activity, track follow-ups, and ensure opportunities never fall through the cracks. You Will Generate meetings and qualified opportunities Follow up relentlessly with prospects Track activity, notes, and pipeline in Zoho CRM Build relationships with business owners and partners Help support the launch and growth of our new software division Consistently hit activity and opportunity goals We're Looking For High energy and a positive attitude Comfortable spending hours on the phone Persistent and resilient Organized and detail-oriented Competitive and goal-driven Able to think quickly and adapt conversations in real time Preferred Experience Business Development Call Center or Phone-Based Roles Appointment Setting Payments, software, SaaS, or technology experience is a plus, but not required. Top performers could have the opportunity to advance into an Account Executive Role, taking ownership of the sales process and significantly increasing their earning potential. As we continue to grow, there will also be opportunities to move into leadership and management roles overseeing future business development teams. Compensation + Signing Bonuses (on each closed deal) Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $110,000 High Performing BD promotion opportunities to Account Executive (AE) with OTE: $175,000 - $250,000+. Must start as BD first and earn it.
