Retail Sales Lead - Forum Shops

Job Overview We are in search of a full‑time Sales Lead ready to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring all store processes run as expected, and providing an excellent in‑store experience. The role requires strong attention to detail, expertise in store operations, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate challenges to the Store Manager. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager. What You Will Achieve Supervise the sales floor, setting expectations, goals, and motivating the team. Act as the leader on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager are not present, focusing on results while maintaining a positive customer and employee experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and products. Lead the store to meet brand standards that reflect the company’s image, values, and culture. Serve as the subject‑matter expert on POP MART core business information, including product and brand history. Support marketing events such as in‑store events, pop‑ups, conventions, and new store openings. Support the RoboShop business as needed, following up with in‑store RoboShop employees and partners. Improve sales performance and meet key metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, and sales trends. Drive sales of core products such as blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management (1 or the other depending on store volume) Execute visual merchandising and marketing directives from business partners while attending weekly calls. Install marketing decals, props, set up new planograms, and create fixtures. Remerchandise the sales floor based on sell‑through or slow‑moving products, making strategic decisions aligned with business needs. Work closely with Inventory Assistant Manager to determine back‑of‑house and warehouse inventory levels. Perform the required work days for visual or inventory responsibilities. Maintain back‑of‑house organization, inventory management, receiving and transferring of goods, and conduct weekly/quarterly inventory audits. Qualifications Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities. Confidence and comfort engaging customers to deliver a great experience. More than 1 year of retail store experience, with supervisor or leadership experience preferred. High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and implement effective solutions. Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and implementation of new standardization directives. High School Diploma. Minimum age 18 years or older. Physical Requirements Regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6‑8 hours per shift). Bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely. Perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves. Work in a fast‑paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking. Work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas. Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools such as box cutters. You are flexible while working in a dynamic environment and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
