Job Description Job Title: Commercial Electrical Foreman \n \n Electrical Field Foreman – Lead Commercial Power and Control Installations \n Job Overview \n \n \n Company: SECO of GA LLC. \n \n Salary/Pay Rate: $41 to $65 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus. \n \n Location: Fully Travelling Role \n \n Job/Employment Type: Full Time. \n \n Schedule: Monday - Friday. \n \n Project Scope: Commercial / Ground Up \n \n Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License. \n \n The Opportunity You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of large-scale commercial electrical and control projects. This role allows you to mentor the next generation of electricians while ensuring high-quality installations for a company that values your individual contribution. You will have the autonomy to manage crews and the support of a leadership team that knows you by name. \n How You Will Make an Impact \n \n \n Supervise and mentor field crews of 8-15 electrical professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery. \n \n Manage the daily execution of field work in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols. \n \n Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budgets. \n \n Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports and safety meetings to ensure project transparency. \n \n Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards. \n \n Act as the primary field representative for the company values of service, trust, care, and ownership. \n \n Required Qualifications & Experience \n \n \n Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial electrical field. \n \n Proven ability to lead large crews and execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight. \n \n Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, specifications, and schedules. \n \n Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business. \n \n Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics. \n \n Preferred Qualifications & Experience \n \n \n Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training. \n \n Demonstrated experience in mentorship or training junior team members in a field environment. \n \n Advanced knowledge of control systems and specialized commercial installations. \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n \n \n Bi-weekly pay cycle and performance bonuses available after one year of service. \n \n Comprehensive paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave. \n \n Monthly truck and cell phone allowance provided specifically for field leaders. \n \n Mileage reimbursement and per diem provided for travel-based project assignments. \n \n Access to professional apprenticeship and mentorship training programs. \n \n Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates moving to the region. \n \n About Us \n SECO of GA LLC is a trusted name in commercial electrical installations, operating with a culture rooted in professional growth and personal accountability.
