Job ID: ((340199)) Office Administrator (Alma, MI) Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for Office Administrator at our Alma Location. Summary: Answer phones, take appropriate information, and transfer to respective employees. Assist cash sales customers as needed through the day. Customer sales order setup, job cost, accounts receivable collections, invoice processing. Set up trucks with the correct billing and job information as needed. Assist other office staff with administrative tasks, answering phones, entering payroll, accounts payable, electric use, fuel use and other daily job cost items into the enterprise accounting system. Responsibilities: Communicate with and direct customers through our sales process. Answer phones. Accounts receivable calls Process invoices for payment as needed. Enter job cost components (fuel use, electric use, etc.) daily. Various administrative and office duties when needed.
