You will use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and operating system integrations. Additionally, you will manage VMware support and implementations, contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and innovation.If you're ready to be part of a company that values its employees and offers a supportive, family-like atmosphere, we encourage you to apply!Senior Systems Administrator T3 (Hybrid Workplace) Duties:Work with the team to provide server administrationWork with customers on best practices, advanced troubleshooting, and future systems designs.Support projects to implement, upgrade and support hardware/software systemsExperience with virtualization/cloud computing technologies with VMware or performing P2VExperience in working with firewalls/routers/switches (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)Must be highly proficient with Windows Server 2010-2019Experience working with ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto RMMMaintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDriveSenior Systems Administrator T3 (Hybrid Workplace) Requirements:Experience working with a Managed Service Provider is requiredMust have experience with firewalls/routers/switchesHands on experience with Active Directory and O365RMM ticketing tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, DattoSenior Systems Administrator T3 (Hybrid Workplace) Salary & Benefits:$65,000 to $75,000100% covered Health/Dental/VisionUnlimited PTOPartial Work From Home401(k) plus company matchCertification reimbursement and ongoing training
