Hybrid Solution-Based Case Planner — Strengthen Families
Arab-American Family Support Center
A community support organization in New York is seeking a Solution-Based Casework (SBC) Case Planner to provide high-quality case planning and management services. You will work directly with at-risk families to address various challenges and ensure child safety while navigating the child welfare system. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and be bilingual in preferred languages such as Arabic or Hindi.
