$36–$45/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, cognition, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques
• Help residents improve safety and independence with everyday activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to support resident-centered care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
