Job Responsibilities

• Personalize Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and design tailored strategies that enable patients to reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Leverage your expertise in evidence-based practice to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work harmoniously with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including fellow OTs, PTs, STs, and doctors, to provide holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Arm patients and caregivers with knowledge on therapeutic techniques that will support and enhance progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track patient outcomes meticulously to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing professional development and additional certifications highly encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current, active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) .
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
