Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based and/or home health OT preferred
• Familiarity with early childhood and elementary student needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse learning environments
• Comfortable working onsite at multiple locations

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students in early childhood and elementary grades
• Collaborate with educators, family members, and other professionals to support IEP/504 plans and student progress
• Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive school environment
• Travel between two designated school campuses as part of the regular schedule
