We partner with health plans, health systems, and families to deliver early detection, expert clinical care, and ongoing support—all tailored for people living with cognitive challenges and those who care for them.We're growing quickly and looking for passionate, execution-focused leaders to join us in solving one of the most urgent and complex healthcare challenges of our time.About the Role: We are seeking a Director of Finance (Controlling) to lead and professionalize our financial operations and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to make a tangible impact from day one. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into the Chief Financial Officer position as the company scales.Responsibilities:Lead the finance function. Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads—helping them plan, monitor, and refine budgets and performance metrics.Forecasting & Modeling: Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Reconcile budgets and forecasts with actual performance, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.Cash Flow & Budget Management: Manage accounts payable and collaborate closely with the revenue cycle manager on accounts receivable. Set up and oversee internal pricing workflows and departmental budgets.KPI & Reporting Infrastructure: Build and manage the organization's reporting systems for both financial and operational KPIs, as well as investor reporting.Performance Management: Monitor performance against KPIs, hold team leaders accountable, and partner with them to address and resolve underperformance. Translate financial data into actionable insights, identifying trends and risks that impact growth, margins, and sustainability.PC Infrastructure & Tax Management: Oversee the financial and operational infrastructure of the PCs, including corporate governance and tax compliance across jurisdictions.Oversee Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage and oversee the end-to-end accounting and financial recordkeeping for Isaac Health's Management Services Organization (MSO) and affiliated Professional Corporations (PCs).Qualifications:Proven experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A roles—ideally within healthcare or tech-enabled services.Experience managing taxes and legal/financial structures for affiliated entities (e.g., MSOs and PCs).Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting.Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence corrective action planning.CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.What We Offer:A deeply mission-driven culture focused on solving one of society's most pressing challenges.High autonomy and close collaboration with the CEO and executive team.Significant career growth potential, including a clear path to a CFO role.Hybrid work model with vibrant offices in NYC's Financial District.Isaac Health provides industry-leading benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSAs, 401(k), and more for benefits-eligible employees.Isaac Health is an equal opportunity employer.
