About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Paid Media Activation to take the lead in scaling and enhancing its media activation practice. This pivotal role involves owning the paid media execution function, from campaign setup to performance delivery, and requires a strong focus on building and refining processes, tools, and quality controls to ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring a multi-disciplinary paid media team, championing innovation through the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, and partnering with strategy and finance leadership to ensure precise budget management. Advanced measurement frameworks and attribution models will also be a key aspect of the role, with the aim of directly tying performance to client business goals. Applicants for the Head of Paid Media Activation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in paid media activation, ad operations, or performance marketing, with a strong preference for those with an agency background. The role demands a proven track record in managing and growing multi-disciplinary teams, as well as deep expertise across a range of digital and traditional media channels.
