Compensation
- $85,000–$100,000 base salary
- $5,000 signing bonus

About Us
Molldrem Family Dentistry is a privately owned, modern dental practice serving the Twin Cities for more than 25 years. We operate two locations in Eden Prairie and Lakeville and are committed to exceptional patient care, strong team culture, and operational excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee operations, lead team performance,, and help drive continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Financial Performance
- Monitor production and collections
- Track KPIs and reporting to deliver on goals
- Improve scheduling efficiency
Operations
- Oversee daily operations of both locations
- Ensure practice systems are followed consistently
- Coordinate with vendors and outside partners
Growth
- Increase new patient conversion
- Improve treatment acceptance
- Support marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities for growth
Leadership
- Lead and coach front office and clinical teams
- Conduct team meetings
- Manage accountability systems
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Build a positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years dental management experience
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance
- Experience with treatment presentation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- KPI and reporting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-location management experience
- Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Curve Dental experience
- Experience growing a dental practice
- HR and recruiting experience
