Finance Project Manager

Overview CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. This is a Full-Time, experienced role in the Department: Project Management. Base pay range $74,741.33/yr - $96,096.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services Perform and oversee financial and procurement services Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff Ensure processes and procedures are followed Oversee a small team of financial analysts Perform active quality assurance to ensure high-quality work delivered on time Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases Qualifications At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems Proven communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet/server-based databases and other applications Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance Must have an undergraduate degree Law degree is desirable Our commitment CGS strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
