Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Contractual Duration: 6 months Responsibilities Worked in diverse and challenging environments to drive growth, customer experience, and profitability. Manage and lead highly cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication skills with ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies. Drive consistency and auditability in fraud operations through clear process documentation. Automate fraud workflows (investigation queues, exception handling, reporting) to reduce cycle time and operational risk. Design and implement automated checks and alerts so high‑risk patterns are flagged without manual review. Partner with engineering to document requirements, test automation, and roll out QA practices for fraud systems. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to enhance system performance and data integrity. Review potential fraudulent transactions & activities, identify red flags, and mitigate fraud. Provide SME support for fraud detection processes and conduct process training and refresher sessions for the team. Accurate reporting of MIS. Qualifications Experience managing call center or operations with Banking Risk/Fraud experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience making quick, high‑quality decisions on complex issues; good logical reasoning; good understanding of banking or card principles and operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent time management skills; experience working on discrete, time‑sensitive projects.
