We’re Hiring: Bilingual Infant Lead Teacher (6 Weeks–18 Months) We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Infant Lead Teacher who is fluent in both Spanish and English, ready to make a meaningful impact every day with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and shared milestones. Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development every day. Minimum Qualifications HS Diploma/GED required. Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting. Must be at least 18 years old. Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience OR 2–3 years of Montessori experience.
