Legal Operations Contractor

Supporting the Legal Operations team on a part-time remote basis, the Legal Operations Contractor will manage engagement letter reviews, law firm onboarding, and legal systems administration while ensuring efficient legal processes. Key responsibilities Review law firm engagement letters against internal guidelines and flag non-standard terms Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to drive matters to completion Manage onboarding for law firms and secondees, including vendor setup and documentation Required qualifications 5+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, or legal operations experience, preferably in an in-house legal team Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with legal operations tools such as Brightflag, Zip, or Jira preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
