Account Manager – Employee Benefits (Group Health) Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 A growing employee benefits firm is seeking an Account Manager with experience in group health benefits to join our team in Florham Park, NJ . This is a client-facing role supporting a portfolio of employer clients and their employees, ensuring their benefits programs run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Manage and service a portfolio of employer client accounts Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their employees regarding benefit plans Coordinate new hire enrollments, employee terminations, and plan updates Assist with renewals, plan changes, and ongoing benefits administration Respond to benefit inquiries and help resolve plan issues Coordinate with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal teams Maintain and manage online benefits enrollment platforms Provide proactive communication and support throughout the benefits lifecycle What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or group health insurance Health & Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience with group health benefit plans Understanding of fully insured and level-funded plans Experience using online benefits administration systems Strong client service mindset and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Spherion Staffing New Jersey
