Join Our Team as a Host at The Heights Restaurant!

Founded by Heidi and James Larounis, our establishment has earned accolades like the prestigious DiRona recognition and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Now, we’re looking for a friendly and professional Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

As a Host, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. - Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience. - Assisting with waitlists and ensuring smooth communication between guests and the service team. - Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entrance area. - Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries with a positive attitude.

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality and has the skills to make every guest feel special. To thrive in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant hospitality setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. - A professional demeanor and a genuine passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
