You must have your degree in accounting, finance or related field, along with 2+ years of accounting experience. This role is FULLY in office, with base compensation up to $90k, plus medical/dental/vision benefits and PTO/paid holidays. Location is south Phoenix, not far from Sky Harbor Airport area. Primary Job Responsibilities Prepare bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and post month end journal entries, accruals and adjustment entries Manage and prepare fixed assets/depreciation schedules, as well as manage lease accounting functions Assist with audit preparation, financial statement preparation and various Ad Hoc reporting Complete special project requests as necessary from senior teammates and/or senior leadership Assist with accounts payable/receivable transactions/processing as necessary Education, Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field 2+ years of corporate, month end accounting experience (journal entries, reconciliations, debits and credits and general ledger knowledge) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP software experience strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail along with strong time management skills Ability to prioritize effectively and meet or exceed tight deadlines Strong aptitude to learn and be challenged, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Consumer Services #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
