Benefits Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Responsibilities Lead on-site teams through various restoration projects, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Coordinate with project managers to keep timelines on track and materials stocked. Perform high-quality finish work, structural framing, and trim installation. Mentor junior team members by sharing technical skills and best practices on the job. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all clients and staff. Communicate project progress clearly and professionally to homeowners, providing peace of mind throughout the restoration process. Requirements Five years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry or structural repair. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites. Own set of professional-grade hand and power tools. Understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Indiana. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
