All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a sense of Care . Ability to charm and captivate an audience with skill to connect with people at all levels. At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work. Dream and embrace adventure! Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and punctual arrival. Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week; dependability required for peak hours or critical shifts including weekends. Bonus potential and 401(k) plan, service credit, and product discounts. Compensation $18.21 – $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
