Decision Intelligence AnalystLansing, MI (Hybrid)Contract-to-HireSalary: $90,000 - $120,000Our Client is seeking a Senior Decision Analyst with deep experience translating complex business problems into structured, measurable decision models. We need someone who can formally model decisions, quantify tradeoffs, and improve decision quality at scale. The ideal candidate has operated in environments where decisions materially impact financial, operational, or risk outcomes and can move fluidly between business stakeholders and technical partners.This role would start primarily on-site in Lansing, Michigan, with the ability to work remotely up to 3 days/week after the initial training period.
