The TL;DR Role: Early Career Mission: To assist with the creation and dissemination of internal and external communications, contributing to brand messaging, and supporting various marketing initiatives. What You’ll Actually Do Communications Development: Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials. Social Media Management: Create and schedule social media content, monitoring engagement across platforms. Internal Communications: Create and maintain internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged. Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics and communication for events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences. Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries or reports for internal review. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
