LTC Closed Door Pharmacist
Location: Fairfield, NJ 07004 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexibility to stay as late as 7:00 PM as needed)
Overview
A-Line Staffing is seeking an  LTC Closed Door Pharmacist for an onsite opportunity in  Fairfield, NJ . This role supports a home infusion environment and requires  clean room / sterile compounding knowledge . The pharmacist will focus on final checks, lab review, documentation, and pharmacist duties as needed (not primarily prescription processing).
Required Qualifications

• Home infusion experience (clean room / sterile compounding knowledge) – required
• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (state board of pharmacy)

Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacist final checks and support clinical documentation
• Review labs and ensure appropriate therapy/medication handling
• Provide patient consultation and medication counseling (including side effects/interactions)
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files
• Support sterile preparation workflows and ensure proper procedures are followed
• Oversee/support pharmacy staff (technicians/clerks) as needed
• Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical/medical supplies
• Identify and communicate drug-related problems to providers/clinical team
