Seasonal Sales Associate Full-Time Seasonal Sales Stratham, NH, US Location: Stratham Hill Stone Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level retail sales and customer service role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail or counter sales environment. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring accurate cash handling and order processing. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service Support counter sales and build customer relationships Answer product questions and maintain working product knowledge Process purchases, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions; balance cash drawer Use NetSuite for order entry and sales transactions Conduct outreach to existing and potential customers Assist customers in the yard and load materials Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling proceduresAssist with entry-level customer service and counter sales Utilize NetSuite for transactions and daily operations (training provided) Demonstrate a resourceful, proactive approach to problem-solving Uphold company values of FORTITUDE: Fun, Optimism, Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, Trust, Unity, Drive, and Empowerment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Physical Demands Must be 18 years or older 1+ year retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Basic math skills and ability to read/understand English Familiarity with inventory procedures preferred Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented Frequently required to stand and walk Frequently required to talk, see, and hear Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds This is a full-time seasonal position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on seasonal demand. Weekend shifts and occasional overtime may be required. This role is subject to seasonal hour reductions, including potential seasonal layoffs.
