Job Description Temp Security Officer - Long Term - Full Time Projected Duration: Now until mid February of 2027 Primary Location: Butte, MT Wage: $22.00/HR Available Schedules: (Rotating overtime, every other Wednesday. 1 week officer will work Sun - Wed then the next week it will be Sun - Tues) Sun - Wed: 6AM - 6PM Sun - Wed: 6PM - 6AM TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests. Utilizing technology devices throughout shift. Conduct tours of the property. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Driver Certification. DL needed.
