Director, Women’s Lung Health Center The Cleveland Clinic Respiratory Institute seeks a qualified leader to head the Women’s Lung Health Center within the Department of Pulmonary Medicine. The Director will establish and grow a multidisciplinary initiative to provide gender‑specific expertise for women with a range of pulmonary conditions, working closely with the Center for Specialized Women’s Health, Department of Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, and other clinical institutes. Responsibilities Develop and expand a multidisciplinary program for women’s pulmonary health. Lead research focused on sex and respiratory disease and foster collaboration with the Lerner Research Institute. Educate trainees in gender‑specific respiratory medicine. Innovate care delivery and program growth. Qualifications Track record of original research in pulmonary medicine. Experience in program development and innovation in care delivery. Commitment to diversity and academic excellence. Ability to secure faculty appointment at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (associate or full professor). Expected salary range: minimum $314,500–maximum $487,750.
