Company & Role Overview

CR&A Custom Inc. is a Los Angeles large-format printing company producing vinyl banners, barricades, custom signage, building wraps, vehicle graphics, and floor visuals for clients across events, retail, tradeshow, and out-of-home advertising.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for incoming client requests and to support our sales team through the full order lifecycle. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role for someone who is organized, calm under deadline pressure, and comfortable coordinating between clients and a production floor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone and email, and route new opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
• Gather job specifications from clients, including size, quantity, substrate, finishing, and required delivery dates.
• Prepare and issue quotes and order confirmations, and follow up on outstanding quotes and proof approvals.
• Enter and maintain orders in the company ERP system, keeping specifications, pricing, and dates accurate throughout the job.
• Track job status against promised dates and proactively notify clients of any changes.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and installation teams to confirm job requirements and delivery logistics.
• Handle order changes, reprints, and client complaints, escalating to sales or management as needed.
• Support pre-invoice preparation by confirming that all billable costs and change orders are captured.
• Maintain accurate client records and contact information.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years in customer service, inside sales support, or order entry. Experience in printing, signage, or a custom manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with ERP or order management software and with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with Odoo is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on open items.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple active jobs without losing track of details.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
