The Project Manager - K-12 Construction will oversee and manage construction projects within the K-12 education sector, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and school representatives to meet project goals. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor construction progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
