Level 1 Technician

Our client is currently seeking a Level 1 Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY. Duties And Responsibilities Test and image desktops and laptops Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals Set up, configure and add all hardware Assist client internal IS technicians with large IMACs Provide technical support to end-users via telephone and in person Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes Manage (ServiceNow / Clearvision) ticket queue constantly throughout the day Assist coworkers in the resolution of end-users' technical issues Wage Range The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
