• $22.00 - 27.00/ hour
• Free RBT certification education

What You Will Do:

• Implement evidence-based protocols designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach essential life skills such as communication, motor skills, social skills and shape challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• First and foremost connect with children and teens in a meaningful way by playing, finding out their preferred interests, having patience, and perseverance while following a plan tailored to each client
• Collect data and write clinical notes using basic grammar skills
• Make a meaningful difference in the life of kids and teens while creating happy memories for you and them!

Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:

• At least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma
• Your own vehicle to travel to client's home, a driver's license, and car insurance
• Playful, creative, able to think on your feet
• Dependable - someone your client and their family can count on
• Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
• Desire to learn, work independently, and have fun
