Business Analyst This is a contract opportunity. This is an in-office opportunity in Baltimore, MD. About this Position We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support project managers across transmission and distribution programs. In this role, you will analyze business processes, manage program data, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned and informed. Job Responsibilities Perform analytical and project support activities for multiple project managers across transmission and distribution programs. Organize, track, and validate program‑level business data to support reporting and operational decision‑making. Support creation of RFPs, contract requisitions, invoice review, and vendor documentation management. Use Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to maintain and analyze program information. Communicate with internal teams and cross‑functional partners to gather information and provide timely project updates. Skills/Requirements Strong business analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize large amounts of program information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive timely completion of tasks. Additional Information Opportunity to support high‑impact transmission and distribution programs.
