Descripción del Puesto El Especialista en Cobros es responsable de gestionar cuentas en atraso, dar seguimiento a clientes y ofrecer soluciones que permitan mantener activa la membresía, siempre brindando un servicio profesional. Responsabilidades Gestionar cuentas en atraso y dar seguimiento a promesas de pago Contactar clientes mediante llamadas y comunicaciones escritas Ofrecer alternativas para mantener la membresía activa Manejar discrepancias, ajustes de cuenta y reembolsos cuando aplique Registrar todas las gestiones en el sistema de forma clara y organizada Trabajar en conjunto con el gerente del club para el manejo de cuentas Brindar un servicio orientado a soluciones y retención Compensación y Beneficios Salario por hora Membresía gratuita Oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la compañía Ambiente de trabajo estructurado y enfocado en servicio Requisitos Bilingüe (español e inglés) 1-3 años de experiencia en cobros o servicio al cliente Conocimiento en procesos de facturación y manejo de cuentas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (verbal y escrita) Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y trabajar bajo presión Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana Transportación confiable Perfil Ideal Persona organizada, responsable y consistente Habilidad para manejar conversaciones difíciles con respeto Enfoque en servicio al cliente y resolución de problemas Disciplina para seguimiento y cumplimiento de procesos Si buscas una posición estable donde puedas aportar a la operación del negocio y desarrollar experiencia en servicio y manejo de cuentas, esta es tu oportunidad. #J-18808-Ljbffr HCOA Fitness
