As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesAssist in the assembly and production of products according to specifications.Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.You should be proficient in:Tape Measure Reading #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
