Machine Operator

Hiring: Machine Operator! Set up & operate high/low-speed machinery to produce precision fasteners. Read blueprints, adjust tooling, use precision measuring tools & manage raw materials (.625 rod / 75 lbs). Must have strong mechanical skills, safety focus & ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

1.  Set up, adjust, and operate high speed & low speed machines

2.  Set up, adjust, and operate auxiliary equipment to perform operations on a

machine or multiple of machines and equipment with close dimensions,

shape, and contour

3.  Align and secure dies, locate stops, adjust forming speeds, part forming

rolls or dies, safety devices, etc.

4.  Install tools and other tooling needed and adjust as needed

5.  Work from drawings, manufacturing instructions and control plans.

6.  Use a variety of precision measuring instruments.

7.  May operate multiple machines or machines capable of performing

multiple operations.

8.  Load raw materials to feeder mechanisms, clear jams, or other

malfunctions.

9.  Train/learn how to set-up/operate equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:
