HVAC Installer/Technician

What You’ll Do Install, diagnose, consult, and repair HVAC systems based on experience. Present good/ better/ best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad (only if doing sales). Install IAQ, furnaces, AC units and all related HVAC systems. Repair/install gas and water lines, perform leak testing, soldering, pipe threading, pressing, and more. Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site. Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of HVAC experience (required). Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points). Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer‑first attitude.
