Come work with a teacher and therapist run staffing company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Education Support Professional in the Clawson, MI area for the 2026-2027 school year.


Responsibilities:

• Position: Education Support Professional - Paraprofessional
• Full-time position
• Assist in implementing student Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and sensory plans
• Work under the direction of a licensed teacher

Qualifications:

• A four-year college degree OR • A two-year associate's degree OR • A total of 60 college credits in ANY subjects OR • Take and pass the WORKKEYS TEST for Assistant Teachers
• Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
