Insurance Sales Representative

Guardian Business Group is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives . In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and small to mid-sized business owners to identify their insurance needs and provide supplemental insurance solutions designed to help protect employees, families, and businesses.

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping others, managing their own schedule, and developing a long-term career in insurance sales. Previous sales or insurance experience is helpful but not required. We provide training, coaching, licensing support, and ongoing guidance to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

• Meet with prospective clients and business owners to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients about available supplemental insurance products and coverage options
• Present insurance solutions based on individual and business needs
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
• Develop and manage your own book of business
• Generate and follow up with prospective clients
• Conduct client appointments and insurance presentations
• Manage your daily schedule and sales activities
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
• Work toward individual sales, production, and income goals

• Estimated annual earnings: $78,000–$90,000 , based on commissions, bonuses, and applicable draw compensation
• Weekly draw available during the first 6 weeks
• Commission opportunities begin immediately
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives

• Renewal compensation, including potential lifetime vesting after meeting applicable requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Motivated, ambitious, and self-directed
• Comfortable communicating with individuals, families, business owners, and other professionals
• Strong relationship builders with excellent customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage their own schedule
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earning potential
• Willing to obtain the required Health and Life insurance licenses
• Interested in building a long-term career in insurance sales
• Previous sales, insurance, customer service, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of post-high-school work experience preferred. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with relevant sales experience or candidates who are close to completing a degree.
