Job Description

• Create Tailored Care Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design customized therapeutic strategies to support their progress and functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Use best practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to promote continued improvements beyond therapy sessions.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment approaches to ensure alignment with their evolving needs.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or specialty certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
