To further this mission, client health education and wellness, and advocates for LGBTQ+ health issues.About the RoleClinical CareConduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan.Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines.Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals.Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC).Provide primary care servicesCollaboration & CoordinationMake appropriate internal and external referrals.Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Quality & Professional DevelopmentParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences. xhyhwjd Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education.
