We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in the Aerospace industry. This role will be critical in leading complex projects, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and a keen understanding of the manufacturing process, including wireless technologies and antenna systems. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex projects in the manufacturing industry, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead product and critical design reviews, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Deliver customer‑facing presentations, effectively communicating project status and strategic recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Program Management role within the Aerospace industry. Proven experience in project management and strategic planning. Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in antenna systems or wireless technologies. Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Experience with AS9100 QMS and SCAR. Strong understanding of NDA and Statement of Work (SOW) interpretation. Proven ability to manage budgets and perform risk management. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication and cross‑functional team leadership.
