Sr. FP&A Analyst

A fast-growing healthcare services platform is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This is a high-visibility role for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of investment analysis and operational storytelling. What You'll Do Build and maintain integrated financial models linking EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow. Develop monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts, with variance reporting and commentary for senior leadership. Build proforma financials and translate P&L and balance sheet projections into cash flow forecasts. Support quarterly board reporting on business development results and ROI. Partner with Treasury on funding needs, capital structure, and liquidity strategy. Work directly with FP&A teams and business unit leaders on annual budgets and forecasts. Prepare monthly and quarterly PowerPoint presentations supporting leadership decision-making. What We're Looking For 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in planning and budgeting, ideally within private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or healthcare FP&A. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Healthcare or ASC exposure is a plus, not a requirement. MBA, CPA, or CHFP preferred; Big Four or PE experience a plus.
