Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.

Verify patient insurance and financial information.

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Address patient inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.

Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.

Promote a positive office environment and patient experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Dental office experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Dentrix Dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
