While a minimum of two years of dental experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is someone who:Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Takes pride in providing outstanding patient care.Has excellent attendance and arrives on time, prepared to start the day.Is dependable, organized, and follows systems and checklists consistently.Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a supportive team culture.Is willing to learn and continuously improve.Clinical Skills:Preferred experience includes:Taking a full-mouth series (FMX) in under 5 minutes.Taking high-quality orthodontic photos using a professional camera.Assisting with a wide variety of procedures, including:Fillings.Crowns.Root canals.Extractions.Wisdom teeth.Implant placement.Invisalign.Sealants.Pulpotomies.Independently placing sealants using DryShield.Polishing teeth, flossing, and providing oral hygiene instructions (OHI).Fabricating temporary crowns or willingness to learn.Sterilization & Office Support:We believe every team member contributes to the success of the practice. Responsibilities also include:Maintaining sterilization and laboratory areas.Keeping operatories clean and organized throughout the day.Completing assigned cleaning checklists.Participating in monthly deep-cleaning projects, including:Autoclaves.Ultrasonic cleaners.Treatment rooms.Break room.Floors and common areas.Why Dental Nook?We are committed to creating an environment where our team members can grow professionally while making a real difference in our patients' lives.
